My Vision
Food is Art Being a part of the hospitality industry, the belief system I hold is that one must really enjoy creating and the number one priority should be satisfying your customers with that creation. That being said, if one enters in this task with full dedication of both the mind and heart, they will achieve the desired taste, texture, tenderness and an overall exquisite presentation of wholesome foods. It helps to enhance your ideas and channel your talents to great discoveries. Food is Happiness and Entertainment The very first thing that is to be noted is how entertained your clients are with the meal you have presented them with. One should be able to see the happiness clients feel from the first bite to their last. This will ensure that clients will return for more as this experience was not just for food but to be entertained as well. Food for Health The vision should be cooking healthy food with nutrition by ensuring that one is using fresh ingredients, and exotic spices. This in return will bring the flavour of the world together into a mouth-watering dish created from scratch. There are several methods which need to be followed including the method of cooking, serving techniques, safe and ideal temperatures for food. These requirements need to be followed not only by the chef but by the team which he creates. This is why establishing and maintaining an enthusiastic team is very important as it ensures the dream of a hands-on chef is fulfilled. Culinary Team To build a successful team in the kitchen, the chef must understand the way a hockey team works. A good coach will be able to highly train employees through his own talents, ideas, and techniques. This will create a strong team which will produce excellent results.
